Our Pottery Making Process

Crafting a unique piece of pottery involves dedication and precision. Our meticulous process ensures every creation is a testament to quality and artistry:

Preparation: We begin by carefully selecting and preparing the finest clay, ensuring it's free of impurities and has the perfect consistency.
Shaping: Our artisans skillfully mold the clay into desired forms, either by hand-building techniques or the mesmerizing dance of the pottery wheel.
Drying: Each shaped piece is then allowed to dry slowly and evenly, reaching a leather-hard state crucial for structural integrity.
Bisque Firing: The dried clay undergoes its first transformation in a kiln, hardening into a durable, unglazed ceramic.
Glazing: We then apply beautiful glazes, chosen for their color and texture, which will bring the piece to life.
Final Firing: The glazed pottery receives its final firing, fusing the glaze to the ceramic and achieving its stunning, lasting finish.
